Moving from CAD to BIM from the design stage.

For more than a decade we have delivered projects for architecture, engineering and construction. Our goal is for your project to be born in BIM, not translated into it later.

We work under BIM methodology and Chile's BIM Standard for Public Projects, in a cloud-based common data environment where you can review the designers' progress.

Do you also develop the other disciplines?

We develop the architecture in BIM and coordinate the disciplines, either with your designers or with our modeling team.

Can I see the project's progress?

Yes. We work in a cloud-based common data environment with access for your team.

What if I later need to tender with BIM?

The model is ready to coordinate, quantify and meet BIM requirements, including those of public projects.

Do you work outside Concepción?
