BIM Implementation

BIM that stays in your organization, not just in one project.

We help contractors, design firms and public institutions adopt BIM with a five-stage methodology: assessment, plan, training, a real pilot and final adjustment.

Why many implementations fail

Buying licenses and taking a course is not implementing BIM.

Without a plan, BIM ends up depending on one or two people and fades away on the first project with a tight deadline.

Software without process

The team models, but nobody defined what gets modeled, at what level of information, or who reviews it.

Generic training

Courses that don't connect with real roles or with the projects the company delivers.

Client requirements

Tenders and public clients already require BIM, and the organization arrives without its own standards.

Our methodology

Five stages, each with a concrete deliverable.

We move in stages so every decision is based on real information about your organization, not assumptions.

1

Survey and legal baseline information

We review how your team works today: processes, software, skills, project types and the contractual and regulatory requirements that apply.

  • Interviews
  • Process review
  • Regulatory and contractual framework

2

Planning

We define goals, BIM uses, roles, standards, information flows and the adoption roadmap based on your reality.

  • Goals and BIM uses
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Standards and workflows
DeliverableBIM Implementation Plan (BIP)
3

Strategic and technical training

We train each person for the role they will play: from management and decision-making to modeling and coordination.

  • Modeler
  • Coordinator
  • Manager

4

Pilot project

We apply the BIP to a real project in your organization, supporting the team day to day until the processes work.

  • Support on a real project
  • Coordination and review

5

Post-pilot BIP update

We incorporate the pilot's lessons and leave the plan adjusted to scale BIM to the rest of your projects.

Our methodology is aligned with the ISO 19650 framework for information management in BIM projects, and takes into account the PlanBIM standards for public projects in Chile.

Where does your organization stand with BIM?

Answer five quick questions and get initial guidance. It doesn't replace a formal assessment, but it helps you know where to start.

Design and delivery in BIM

Modeling standards, templates and workflows to deliver BIM projects to public and private clients.

Public institutions

Clients that require BIM

Municipalities and agencies that need to prepare, tender and review projects with BIM requirements.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us before getting started.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on team size, project types and the starting point. That's why we always begin with an assessment: with that information we define a plan and a realistic timeline.

Do we need licenses before we start?

No. During the assessment we evaluate which tools you actually need. As Autodesk and ACCA partners, we can advise you on choosing and managing licenses.

Is training mandatory for the whole team?

Training is designed by role. Not everyone needs to model: managers, coordinators and modelers receive different content, focused on what they will do on projects.

Do you work on public projects?

Yes. We support public institutions and companies bidding for projects with BIM requirements, taking public BIM standards into account.

Can training use Chile's SENCE tax incentive?

We are a certified training provider (OTEC). We review each case based on the type of course and your company's situation.

The first step is an assessment.
